AIT Worldwide Home Delivery is seeking an experienced 3-person independent contractor team to provide complex appliance delivery and installation services.
Route Details
- 6:00 AM load-out Carteret NJ
- Route starts and ends in Carteret
- Up to approximately 150-mile service radius
- 3-person team: driver + 2 helpers
- $900 flat daily route rate
Responsibilities
Experience Needed Teams should have experience delivering and installing:
- Refrigerators and built-in refrigerators
- Wall ovens, cooktops and ranges
- Dishwashers and microwaves
- Washers, dryers and stacked laundry units
- Water lines, ice-maker connections, dryer cords and vents
- Other built-in and specialty appliances
Qualifications
Independent Contractor Requirements
- Established business with EIN
- Required business/auto insurance coverage
- Appropriate vehicle/equipment for appliance delivery
- Ability to meet applicable background/drug-screening requirements
- Valid driver's license and required vehicle documentation
- Any applicable trade license/certification required for regulated work
- Experience safely handling, installing and testing major appliances
- 3-man team
- Professional customer-service skills
