What You’ll Do
- Assist lead installers with acrylic and solid surface shower and tub installations
- Help with demolition and removal of existing tubs, showers, and surrounds
- Prep job sites, including protecting floors, carrying in materials, and staging tools
- Assist with substrate prep, minor framing, backer board, and leveling
- Support plumbing work such as valve, drain, and trim installations
- Load, unload, and transport materials and debris
- Keep job sites clean and organized during and after each install
- Learn installation methods and quality standards from experienced installers
What We’re Looking For
- Basic construction experience (demo, framing, carpentry, or remodeling)
- Basic plumbing experience and comfort working with drains, supply lines, and fittings
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to the shop and job sites
- Professional, respectful demeanor in customers’ homes
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and a clean background check
