Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is looking for an organized, detail-driven Proposal Development & Marketing Specialist to join our Fort Worth team.

If you're a strong writer who enjoys research, organization, project coordination, and taking detailed projects from start to finish, this could be a great fit. You'll play an important role in CSII's growth by coordinating proposals in response to RFPs while also supporting marketing, client communications, trade shows, and business development initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to executive leadership and multiple areas of our organization—and a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career.

What You'll Do

RFP & Proposal Development – Primary Focus

• Coordinate RFPs and proposals from initial review through final submission.
• Write, edit, organize, and format professional, persuasive proposal responses.
• Review RFP requirements and keep deadlines, documentation, and internal contributors on track.
• Work across departments to gather financial, compliance, IT, operational, legal, and other required information.
• Research new RFP opportunities and maintain the prospect/proposal pipeline.
• Build and maintain proposal templates, response libraries, supporting documentation, and other resources that improve efficiency and consistency.

 

Marketing & Business Development Support

• Create and update marketing materials, client presentations, prepare contracts, write client communications/newsletters, and develop outreach content.
• Support strong client relationship initiatives, holiday gifting, promotional campaigns, and special projects.
• Assist with website content and help maintain consistent CSII branding.
• Coordinate trade shows and conferences, including registration, travel, booth materials, promotional items, communications, and event logistics.
• Maintain business development documentation and activity within the Sales CRM.

 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal/RFP development, marketing, communications, business development support, contract administration, or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn.

 

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience owning or coordinating RFP and proposal processes.
• Experience with CRM, marketing, or proposal management platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for writing, research, content creation, or workflow efficiency.
• Experience in billing, collections, healthcare, financial services, government contracting, or another regulated industry.
