Senior Designer
The Senior Designer is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of kitchen designers. This role serves as the first level of leadership for assigned team members, providing daily guidance, coaching, technical support, and performance development while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Senior Designer may maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the designer of record and primary point of contact while modeling best practices in sales, design excellence, and customer service.
The Senior Designer must demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace that aligns with the Company's values, policies, and Equal Employment Opportunity standards.

Minimum requirements for the Senior Designer position are listed below, but are not all inclusive:
- Years of Service: Must be employed at least 5-years with Cabinets.com or will reach their 5-year anniversary in 2026. Rehires must be employed at least one year to be eligible to apply.
- Sales: Must have had at least $1.4 million in sales in 2025.
- Leadership or Supervisory Experience: We require at least 1-year of leadership or equivalent experience; either at Cabinets.com or at a prior employer.
