About the Role

This is a full-cycle recruiting role at a small, high-caliber AI/ML infrastructure company where every hire meaningfully shapes the team's trajectory. You will work directly with founders and world-class researchers to bring in exceptional engineers and go-to-market leaders. The team is intentionally lean and plans to stay that way, so bar-setting and quality matter above all else.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across both technical (engineering, product) and GTM roles.

  • Build and optimize recruiting operations and tooling, automating workflows wherever possible.

  • Partner closely with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product in order to pitch technical candidates credibly.

  • Source top candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels.

  • Screen candidates for technical competence and product or market intuition, including evaluation via portfolios and projects.

  • Support new hire onboarding and ramp.

  • Help define and run performance review processes, leveling frameworks, and feedback systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering technical (engineering, product) and GTM roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts when engaging with engineering and product candidates.

  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, with the ability to work independently at pace.

  • Experience building and optimizing recruiting operations, including workflow automation.

  • Strong instincts for talent quality and setting a high hiring bar.

  • A creative track record of sourcing through non-traditional channels and evaluating non-traditional candidate profiles.

  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.

  • Experience using AI or vibe coding to automate recruiting workflows.

  • Exposure to or ownership of people operations functions such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.
