Italic 正在深圳招聘一名 3PL 与物流运营协调员，重点负责第三方仓库、承运商和跨境物流伙伴的日常绩效、账单、异常和改善项目。

工作职责

• 管理 3PL 日常沟通、入库、出库、退货和库存调整。

• 跟踪准时发货、准确率、收货周期、丢损率和异常关闭时间。

• 审核仓储、操作和运输账单，发现重复收费或费率偏差。

• 处理旺季容量、承运商延误、海关、丢件和库存差异。

• 维护 SLA 记分卡、问题日志、会议节奏和改善计划。

任职要求

• 常驻深圳，2 年以上 3PL、仓储、跨境物流或履约运营经验。

• 能用 Excel/Sheets 对账、分析费用和建立运营看板。

• 沟通直接、跟进强，能推动外部伙伴按时关闭问题。

• 有英语邮件和会议能力。

Italic is hiring a 3PL & Logistics Operations Coordinator in Shenzhen to manage daily performance, billing, exceptions, and improvement work across third-party warehouses and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory adjustments with 3PL partners.

• Track on-time shipment, accuracy, receiving cycle time, loss and damage, and exception closure.

• Audit warehousing, handling, and freight invoices for duplicates and rate discrepancies.

• Manage peak capacity, carrier delays, customs issues, lost parcels, and inventory variances.

• Maintain SLA scorecards, issue logs, operating reviews, and corrective-action plans.

Requirements

• Based in Shenzhen with 2+ years in 3PL, warehousing, cross-border logistics, or fulfillment operations.

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reconciliation, cost analysis, and dashboards.

• Clear English communication and persistent external-partner follow-through.
