IT Project Manager / Scrum Master - Senior | TS/SCI w/ Poly

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).

Keep a mission software team moving. You'll run Agile delivery for enterprise web applications that support a federal national-security mission, clearing roadblocks so engineers can build.

What you'll do

- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives

- Write and maintain epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with level-of-effort estimates

- Track schedules, risks and action items and report status to program leadership

- Support resource planning and team performance management

- Produce briefings, plans, user guides and technical documentation

What you bring (required)

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

- Project management or Scrum Master experience on IT software development projects

- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA-style requirements tools

- Clear writing and briefing skills for technical and senior audiences

- Strong organization and attention to detail

Nice to have

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP

- Microsoft Project and Visio

- Experience briefing senior stakeholders
