What You'll Be Doing

As one of our Sales Representatives, you'll play a key role in creating a fantastic shopping experience by:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandise attractively displayed.
• Ensuring your department is clean, organised, and ready for customers at all times.
• Working closely with colleagues and suppliers to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Helping create an enjoyable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others.
• Are confident communicators with excellent customer service skills.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work.
• Are comfortable using basic computer systems.
• Have previous retail experience (preferred but not essential—we value attitude just as much as experience!).
• Are flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays (between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM).
• Are willing to work across any of our Homemate outlets based on business needs.
