Service Advisor - Express Maintenance
Join our dynamic team as a Subaru Express Maintenance Service Writer, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and service technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to maintaining the high standards of Subaru’s brand and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming experience
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s maintenance needs and explain service recommendations clearly
- Write detailed and accurate service orders for express maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service status and vehicle readiness
- Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
- Manage and update service records accurately in the system

Skills and Qualifications:
