Real Estate CX- Bilingual Customer Service

Functions and Responsibilities: 

 

• Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner 

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy 

• Learn and utilize various systems and technology platforms for internal and external actions 

• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and meetings 

• Be open to feedback and help with continuous improvement opportunities 

• Answer customer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing accurate information 
• Notate call summary in Customer Relationship Management software
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a Must 
• Reside in Belize City preferably 
  

Education Requirements: 

• • High School Diploma 
  
  

 

Type: 

• • Full-Time Employment/on-site, Hourly (45-hrs weekly)
  • Schedule flexibility required based on call centre hours
