Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, field-based Field Property Coordinator to oversee property conditions, support tenant relations, and ensure operational excellence across multiple residential properties. This role is primarily focused on on-site property inspections, tenant communication, and reporting rather than office-based administrative work.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while traveling between properties throughout the day.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + Monthly Travel Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 2–3 residential properties daily throughout Brooklyn, primarily in Flatbush, Crown Heights, and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Conduct routine property inspections to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance needs, and overall property condition.
- Take photographs and document property conditions, maintenance issues, and work orders for reporting purposes.
- Serve as on-site support for tenant communication and issue resolution.
- Assist with tenant interactions related to lease signings, move-ins, and general inquiries.
- Report maintenance concerns and coordinate follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure all properties are maintained according to company standards and present a professional appearance.
- Act as the primary field representative and liaison between ownership, tenants, and properties.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple locations daily.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and presentable demeanor.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse tenant population.
- Previous experience in property management, field operations, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable walking through Brooklyn neighborhoods independently during daytime and occasional evening visits.
- Strong accountability and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment rather than a traditional office setting.
- Ability to maintain professionalism within residential communities.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to engage respectfully with tenants from diverse backgrounds.
