Join our team as a part-time Member Service Representative



Are you passionate about helping people feel confident in their financial decisions? In this role, you’ll be a trusted resource for members and potential members, providing friendly, accurate, and professional support for their everyday banking needs. You’ll assist with transactions, new accounts, lending referrals, and other branch services while delivering a positive member experience every step of the way. This position also plays an important role in supporting branch operations and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, negotiable instruments, and cash drawer balancing.
  • Support branch operations by assisting with items such as vault balancing and negotiable items, based on branch assignment.
  • Help members open and close accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve issues within established authority limits.
  • Escalate member needs appropriately when transactions or issues require additional approval or support.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may help members meet their financial goals.
  • Assist members with new account setup, service enrollment, and loan application intake for referral to the lending team.


What we’re looking for

  • Availability for a 20-hour weekly schedule: Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch, and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  
  • Flexible to work at the following locations  
    • 18540 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77065
    • 3211 Peek Rd, Katy, TX  77449 
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A commitment to delivering friendly, professional, and accurate service to members, vendors, and associates.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
  • A team-focused mindset with a desire to support branch goals, sales performance, and financial objectives.
  • Alignment with our company culture and commitment to internal and external service standards.
