SERVICE ADVISER – AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR
Emory Transmissions and total car care is looking for a friendly, dependable Service Adviser to join our team in the Camp Hill/Carlisle area.
This position is ideal for someone who understands automotive repair, communicates well with customers, and can keep a busy shop organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and discuss their vehicle concerns
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs
- Communicate with technicians and monitor repair progress
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
- Follow up with customers and help ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Qualifications:
- Automotive service-adviser or repair-shop experience preferred
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive repairs
- Comfortable using computers and shop-management software
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage several jobs at once
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver’s license
