Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
- Support and educate patients and families.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Work alongside RNs and the clinical team to provide quality care.
Requirements
- Active LVN license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Current CPR certification and TB screening, per agency requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
