Nighttime Detail Lead

RMA Worldwide – Landover, MD

RMA Worldwide is looking for a dependable and motivated Nighttime Detail Lead to help lead our overnight detailing operation in Landover, MD.

Our nighttime detail team plays an important role in making sure our fleet is clean, prepared, and ready for service the following day. The Nighttime Detail Lead will provide direction and support to the overnight team while helping ensure vehicles are completed properly, issues are communicated, and the morning team is set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nighttime detail shift and provide direction to team members.
• Coordinate the cleaning and preparation of available buses and vehicles.
• Ensure detailing work is completed thoroughly and correctly.
• Monitor the Detail Microsoft Teams channel and respond to requests during the shift.
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicles and help ensure the daily detail list is completed.
• Identify and escalate vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or other issues.
• Assist team members with basic technology questions, HR training, and other administrative needs.
• Communicate regularly with the Fleet Manager regarding team performance and operational concerns.
• Help maintain a productive, organized, and professional overnight work environment.
• Support employee development and the review process as needed.

• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and provide direction to a team.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently overnight.
• Willingness to learn, take on additional responsibility, and grow within the company.
• Previous vehicle detailing or fleet experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership or lead experience is a plus.

Schedule

Thursday–Monday, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM

This position requires overnight and weekend availability. Some schedule flexibility may be considered, but weekend nighttime coverage is an important part of this role.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
