About Herbal Goodness

Herbal Goodness is a McKinney-based natural health company that makes herbal supplements, teas, packed herbs, and sea moss products. We manufacture and fulfill from our own warehouse and sell nationwide through Amazon, our Shopify store, Walmart, Faire, and GNC. We’re a small, hands-on team, so everyone has real ownership and a visible impact on the customer experience.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile, organized, people-oriented manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and to be the face of Herbal Goodness at events around Dallas–Fort Worth. You’ll split your time between our McKinney warehouse and office and remote work. You’ll oversee fulfillment and quality, coordinate logistics, support customers and wholesale accounts, run in-person sales events, and keep the administrative side of the business on track.

This role suits someone who likes variety and wants to work a few hours a day. One day you might check outgoing orders and solve a shipping problem. The next day, you might run a booth at a local market and follow up with new wholesale leads. Because the work is so varied, you’ll need to be comfortable switching between tasks and working independently.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse & Fulfillment Administration

• Supervise daily order fulfillment across our sales channels, making sure orders ship accurately and on time.
• Oversee warehouse organization, stock levels, and inventory counts, and flag reorder needs.
• Coordinate with production on finished-goods availability and packing priorities.

Operations & Quality Control

• Monitor product quality, labeling, and packaging standards before products leave the warehouse.
• Help maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
• Identify process problems and recommend practical improvements.

Logistics

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier coordination, freight, and wholesale and retail orders.
• Track shipments, resolve delays or damages, and keep shipping records accurate.

Sales, Events & Customer Service

• Plan, coordinate, and staff in-person sales events, markets, expos, and community events across DFW.
• Represent Herbal Goodness at events by engaging customers, explaining our products, and driving sales.
• Respond to customer and wholesale inquiries by email and phone, including order issues, returns, and product questions, with professionalism and care.
• Follow up on leads and relationships from events and track results.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Attend internal and external meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items.
• Keep shared files, trackers, and calendars organized and current.

What You’ll Bring (Required)

• 5+ years of experience in operations, warehouse or fulfillment, customer service, sales, or administrative roles. Experience combining several of these is a plus.
• Experience supervising or coordinating others' work, such as warehouse staff, a shift, or a team.
• Experience working in-person sales events, retail, trade shows, or markets.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially email, calendars, and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to events around DFW.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and set up and break down event booths.
• Live within commuting distance of McKinney, TX.
• Availability for some evening and weekend events, scheduled in advance.

Nice to Have

• Experience in dietary supplements, food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Familiarity with quality standards for supplements or food (for example, cGMP).
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or shipping and order-management software.
• Interest in natural health, herbal wellness, or holistic living.

Schedule & Location
Part-time, 20–30 hours per week. On-site at our McKinney, TX location 2–3 days per week, with the remaining hours remote. Some evening and weekend hours are required for events.
