Join our Āhei team and work directly with whānau to secure training and employment pathways. You’ll connect clients with employers, training providers, and MSD services, supporting workforce development and long-term economic recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Place whānau into employment and training opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and agencies.
- Support uptake of MSD products and services.
- Implement systems that strengthen community resilience and economic growth.
About You
- Experience in employment placement or recruitment practices.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
