- Delivery Coordination and Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams on equipment acceptance and handover. Proactively address delivery delays, shortages, and specification discrepancies; propose practical alternatives and escalate risks promptly. Technical specifications and hardware substitutions must be confirmed by the Technical team.
- Cross-Functional Communication and Process Improvement: Keep Sales and other stakeholders informed of procurement and delivery progress, and manage expectations. Maintain records of costs, lead times, and supplier fulfillment to support improvements in procurement and delivery workflows.

- Supplier Communication and Negotiation: Experience requesting and comparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms. Ability to evaluate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties and make practical recommendations. In addition to client facing work.
- Project Management and Execution: Ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage multiple purchase orders, prioritize tasks, track milestones and ownership, coordinate across teams, and proactively address risks through project completion.
