That kind of growth takes good people, and we take care of ours. We’re looking for a Concrete Superintendent who wants to run quality work, develop their crews, and have a life outside the jobsite.

What you’ll build
A mix of commercial projects across Middle Tennessee:

• Tilt-wall
• Structural concrete
• Multifamily
• Post-tension
• Slab on grade and slab on deck

What you’ll do

• Lead the jobsite day to day: safety, quality, schedule, and production.
• Mentor and develop your foremen and crews so they become tomorrow’s leaders.
• Plan pours, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Work with owners, GCs, and our project management team to head off problems before they become delays.
• Set the standard on safety and quality, and hold the team to it.

What you bring

• 5+ years of concrete or heavy civil experience, with time spent running crews.
• The ability to read plans and plan work ahead.
• A hands-on leadership style: you teach, you don’t just direct.
• Strong communication with crews, foremen, and customers.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, reports, and email.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
