Licensed Practical Nurse -LPN
Location: Duncan, OK
Private Duty Caregiver
Part Time
Client 1: 6 Hours per month, split biweekly
Client 2: 8 Hours per week, split biweekly
$28.00 per hour + $750 Sign on Bonus + $200 Onboarding Bonus

Qualifications:
- Current license as a Licensed Practitioner Nurse-LPN in the state(s) of practice
- Current BLS Hands On Certification
- TB Test - Company will cover charges if it is not updated
