As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, professional, and well-rounded HR Officer with strong business acumen to support key HR operations, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee benefits and well-being, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and BOI requirements.



Role Overview

As an HR Officer, you will report to HR Manager and support Manao Software’s People functions across recruitment, compensation and benefits, daily HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development. You will work closely with the HR Manager, and department leaders, to strengthen organizational capability and support long-term business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management across departments.
  • Onboarding: Manage new-hire documentation, employment contracts, onboarding packages, and first-day and first-week onboarding plans.
  • Employer branding: Improve job ad content, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, and job fair participation.

 Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Benefits administration: Administer health insurance, social security, provident fund, and other employee benefits.
  • Payroll coordination: Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll provider and Finance team.

  HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations

  • HRIS and records management: Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, HRIS updates, and organizational charts.
  • Statutory compliance: Handle social security, provident fund, BOI, work permits and visas, Skills Development, labor law, and other government
  • Employee relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, support conflict resolution, and manage disciplinary and offboarding processes in line with policy and law.
  • General affairs: Oversee office administration, facilities vendors, and employee welfare programs.

 Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks related to performance management, individual development plans, talent reviews, and succession planning.

 Learning & Development

  • Training and development: Organize and deliver relevant training and development activities, including orientation, health and safety, and benefits
  • Learning resources: Source relevant courses, materials, and learning technologies.
  • Training needs analysis: Identify capability gaps across teams and develop a training roadmap.
  • Program design: Design and curate learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content.

 Engagement & Culture Development

  • Culture and engagement: Develop engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives across the company.

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably with exposure to learning and development, talent management, or organizational development; software company experience is an
  • High confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

 




Skills & Competencies

  • Proactive, adaptable, mature, responsible, professional, and service-minded.
  • Fluent in Thai with professional working proficiency in English for coordination with international stakeholders.
  • Strong computer literacy, including excellent Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to create and use formulas effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Thai labor law, compensation and benefits structures, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems; familiarity with BambooHR and AI tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Experience with talent review methodologies, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
  • High attention to details, discretion, and process rigor in a lean, fast-paced team.
  • Instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business and talent needs into development frameworks.
  • Experience with competency frameworks, talent review methodology, and succession planning tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with department and senior leadership.
  • Data-informed approach to measuring learning and development impact.
