Commercial Intelligence & Analytics Manager
What You'll Do:
As Commercial Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will build and lead a new team within Revenue Operations, supporting the global commercial intelligence and reporting portfolio owned by Regional Sales Operations (RSO). You will establish a scalable analytics operations function that delivers reliable, high-quality insights and reporting solutions.
You will lead a team of five individual contributors and own the operational lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions, from technical solution design and development through quality assurance, release, maintenance and enhancement. Working closely with RSO, you will translate business requirements into effective delivery plans, establish clear execution standards and ensure solutions are delivered consistently and predictably.
You will establish the processes, governance and performance measures required to scale the function, including structured intake and backlog management, capacity planning, prioritization, service-level agreements (SLAs), quality controls and documentation standards. You will monitor delivery performance, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and drive accountability for timelines, quality and operational outcomes.
You will identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and analytics processes, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency, including through AI-enabled solutions. As a people leader, you will recruit, coach and develop your team, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and build strong working relationships across global and cross-functional teams.
