The Role
As Salesforce Platform Owner, you will own Salesforce end to end for our Revenue Operations and Marketing teams. You will be the person who keeps the platform running well day to day and the person who decides how it should evolve. You will report to our Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with our Marketing Operations Manager and revenue leaders partnering with them frequently on campaigns, reporting, and the systems, data and processes that power our go-to-market.
That means gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, setting the architecture and managing the product roadmap. It also means hands-on administration: configuration, reporting, end-user training, integrations, security and data integrity. You will work with functional leaders to identify, define and deliver changes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate has exceptional technical, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and is comfortable working with all levels of the organisation. You are self-directed and proactive, and you take the initiative to spot process improvements and see them through. You will gain a deep understanding of the GTM strategy and find new and creative ways to use Salesforce and its data to support more of the business, and you are motivated, team-oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology.
We will expect you to
