Mechanical Engineer II (Full-Time) - United States
Meet the Team
We support the development and manufacturing of mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging for next-generation hardware platforms. Our team works at the intersection of mechanical engineering and manufacturing, helping bring hardware designs into production through manufacturability reviews, prototype builds, process improvements, and hands-on troubleshooting. We partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and test teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective hardware solutions and continuously improve how products are built.
Your Impact
As a Mechanical Engineer on our team, you will focus on supporting the manufacturing and production of mechanical hardware from prototype through production. You will evaluate designs for manufacturability and assembly, identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, and work cross-functionally to resolve mechanical and production issues.
You will collaborate with hardware design, manufacturing, test assurance, thermal, supplier quality, and manufacturing partners to support prototype builds and production readiness. Your responsibilities will include DFM/DFA reviews, assembly and manufacturing process improvements, root-cause and failure analysis, tolerance evaluation, BOM support, and supplier engagement. You will also use mechanical engineering principles to troubleshoot issues, optimize product cost and quality, and ensure designs can be efficiently and reliably manufactured.
