• Handling junior to senior level internal requirements for IT profiles.
• Sourced and recruited qualified candidates based upon needs while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Very well versed with using Job Portals.
• Identifying prospective candidates through Personal References or Job portals.
• Screening/ Shortlisting candidates and scheduling F2F meet up as per their availability.
• Interviewing- Role/ Skills discussion.
• Ensure consistent follow-up & taking it to closure
• Using innovative techniques to turn up the candidate
• Building rapport with Client and Candidates.
• Data management of candidates, employees as well as new joiners
