Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Independently drive the SCM project as team leader of business consultant. Be Team lead to do Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud assessment and planning projects, coordinating with ORACLE functional consultants and technical specialists.
- Assess current processes, EBS functionality, customizations, and interfaces; define requirements and evaluate fit with Fusion Cloud standard processes.
- Use AI-assisted research and hands-on testing to investigate capabilities, validate assumptions, and develop practical solution options.
- Prepare client-ready assessment reports, fit-gap analyses, scope recommendations, system landscape concepts, and migration roadmaps.
- Facilitate client workshops, explain recommendations and trade-offs, and support RFP preparation and implementation planning.
- Manage assigned tasks through completion and contribute to business improvement projects beyond Oracle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting, particularly in Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Working knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and migration considerations.
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies and solution options using AI tools and reliable documentation, while critically validating findings.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, including the ability to test configurations and develop small proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility.
- Strong motivation to develop as a Business Consultant and contribute to broader SCM and business transformation engagements.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in business documentation and presentation using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working as an external consultant in a management or IT consulting firm is strongly preferred.
