Scale House Clerk

Job Responsibilities

Purchasing vehicles bought over truck scale

Purchasing vehicles bought through outside buyers

Maintain legal paperwork to purchase vehicles

Pay customers for vehicles and scrap material

Proof cash/check log daily

Performing customer calls to generate business

Data enter vehicle information

Producing reports

Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends

 

Skillsets

Automotive knowledge – mechanical parts & body parts (mandatory)

Typing skills (mandatory)

Computer skills (Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office)

Customer Service oriented

Honest

Energetic

Self motivated

Organized

Ability to handle a fast paced environment

Bi-lingual (helpful) Spanish/Portuguese

Must pass CORI review
