Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer processing, and onboarding coordination
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruitment reporting, data management, and basic labor laws
- Experience in academic, educational, technology, or institutional recruitment is an advantage
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, employer branding, workforce planning, and AI-powered recruitment tools is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower request approval to onboarding endorsement
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels and sourcing platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments, teaching demonstrations, and panel interviews
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment delivery
- Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation
- Prepare job offers, process pre-employment requirements, and coordinate onboarding activities
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and talent attraction programs
- Identify and implement recruitment process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements
