Overview
Access Medical Group is seeking a Director of Growth & Partnerships to lead strategic growth initiatives across our urgent care, primary care, and employer-based programs. This role is responsible for driving revenue through employer partnerships, expanding referral networks, and strengthening our presence in the community.
This is a high-impact, performance-driven role with a strong base salary plus commission structure tied directly to growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Partnerships (Primary Focus)
- Develop and close new employer relationships for our new healthcare model
- Identify and target self-insured businesses and decision-makers (CFOs, HR leaders, executives)
- Present clear, ROI-driven value propositions focused on cost savings and improved employee access
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
- Referral Network Development
- Build and maintain relationships with local providers, specialists, and healthcare organizations
- Conduct regular in-person visits (“rounding”) to strengthen referral pipelines
- Identify and develop high-value referral partnerships
- Growth Strategy Execution
- Execute growth initiatives across all service lines (urgent care, primary care, imaging, telehealth)
- Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels
- Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in maintaining a consistent, professional message across social media and community outreach
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote services, programs, and success stories
- Support campaigns that drive awareness and patient acquisition
Compensation Structure
- Base salary + commission
- Commission tied to revenue generated through employer partnerships and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
- Strong ability to communicate value in financial and operational terms
- Comfortable with in-person relationship building and outreach
- Self-starter with high accountability and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results independently
