Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Study financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and management presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-controlling activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and business performance.
• Perform variance analyses and support the definition of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of investments, business cases, and profitability analyses.
• Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Controlling, Finance or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders  across different functions.
• Good command of the English language.
  

The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
