PART-TIME POSITION

SUMMARY of DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under limited supervision, the Janitorial and Maintenance worker will perform janitorial work on GFA Commercial Buildings and Other Property: maintaining, cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, buffing floors, emptying trash, and restocking janitor closets.

 

Must be able to:

• Bend, stoop, and lift 25 lbs. easily
• Responsibly use and maintain janitorial supplies and tools
• Safely clean and operate motorized cleaning equipment
  
• Be available 15-18 hours per week
• Promptly and accurately fill out a weekly timesheet
