Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

Due to company growth, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Leap29!

No previous experience is needed; we will train, develop, and mentor you to become a successful recruitment consultant through our dedicated training programme. We don’t hire superstars we build them, and we are proud to say that every single one of our managers started Leap29 as a Trainee Consultant.

This role doesn’t involve business development as we already have amazing client relationships established, so you get to spend all your time working with candidates and helping them to find their dream job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through a variety of channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships by networking and developing a robust candidate talent pool
• Support and guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey, identifying their skills and matching them to suitable opportunities
• Assess candidates using effective interview and evaluation techniques
