Customer Experience & Accounts Coordinator
Le Bleu of Cayman, Ltd. is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Experience & Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our office. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll coordinate deliveries, manage customer accounts, assist walk-in customers, and help ensure our office runs efficiently.
This is a varied, hands-on role well suited to someone who enjoys working with people and numbers in equal measure, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. It includes light physical duties (see Qualifications) alongside customer service and accounts work.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.
- Explain the benefits of Le Bleu’s water and delivery service.
- Process customer orders, payments, invoices, and account transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with our drivers.
- Maintain customer records and perform general office administration.
- Process daily bank deposits and occasional bank runs.
- Occasionally assist customers by loading 5-gallon water bottles or cases of bottled water (up to 45 lbs).
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Experience reconciling customer accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with numbers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- The physical ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 45 lbs.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
