What You'll Do:
· Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.· Pick up available per diem shifts at facilities in your local area.· Provide nursing care, treatments, and services according to patient care plans and facility policies.· Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LVN scope of practice.· Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.· Collaborate with RNs, physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals.· Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.· Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable Texas regulations.· Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
· Current, active, and unrestricted Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or a license recognized for practice in Texas.· Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.· Current CPR/BLS certification.· Current TB/PPD test or chest X-ray,
