Role Overview - Junior Project Manager (Nutraceutical)
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the development of our Nutraceutical portfolio companies, contributing to the advancement of innovative products from early development to market readiness. You will assist colleagues in coordinating scientific, regulatory and commercial activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently while meeting quality and compliance standards. Working closely with researchers, founders, external partners and internal teams, you will help portfolio companies navigate key development milestones, support strategic initiatives and contribute to the successful growth of innovative nutraceutical ventures.
What You'll Do
- Project Management: Support the Nutraceutical portfolio companies by monitoring project timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities and contributing to their development and growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with nutraceutical and food supplement regulations, supporting the preparation of technical documentation, product claims assessment, labelling reviews and interactions with regulatory consultants when needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact to facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, laboratories, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Reporting: Contribute to preparing and presenting regular progress reports to the leadership team, highlighting key milestones, risks and next steps for each project.
Who You Are
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of nutraceutical products, food supplements, functional ingredients, formulation processes and product development. Knowledge of the healthcare, food, or life sciences industry is considered a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with European regulations governing food supplements, nutraceutical products, labelling and health claims is considered an advantage.
- Passion for Life Sciences & Startups: Startup enthusiast with a strong interest in the life sciences and nutraceutical sectors, eager to contribute to the development of innovative health and wellness solutions. You are excited by the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and are motivated to learn and grow within the nutraceutical industry.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: You have strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork and communication skills.
- Education: Master's degree in Food Science and Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level).
