Responsibilities
Using the organization's objectives and philosophies as a guide; coordinates and monitors the general supervision, planning, direction and evaluation of all aspects of the organization's provider nursing/clinical activities. Develops and implements policies and procedures and monitors the daily operations and activities of the organization's provider nursing/clinical functions to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. Accountable for all phases of education and training of the provider nursing/clinical staff as it pertains to the delivery of care within the organization's health care continuum.
