Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + $1.00 Weekend Premium
Available Shifts: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team throughout each shift
- Coach employees and provide guidance to help them succeed
- Set the standard for excellent customer service
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Oversee cash handling and ensure transactions are accurate and secure
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable
- Help keep the shift running efficiently and step in wherever needed
- Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Reliable transportation
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
- Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with professionalism
- Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions
- Someone who leads by example and treats both customers and coworkers with respect
