The Role

We're seeking a Venue Supervisor to assist in leading Pearl Room and continue delivering exceptional service.

Working closely with the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor, support and develop team members, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and performance of the Pearl Room
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standards
• Lead, coach and motivate team members during service
• Ensure operational excellence, venue presentation and compliance requirements
• Assist with labour management, stock control and achieving business goals

About You

• Previous leadership experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisor role
• Previous experience in VIP service desired
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• A current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
• Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Hold full Australian working rights
