AI Creative Strategist

We are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to join a private, performance-driven AI product.

The product already operates in production and uses AI to generate and launch advertising campaigns across international markets. While the technical automation is in place, the system’s performance depends heavily on creative strategy — defining which ideas, angles, and messages are worth scaling.

This role focuses on shaping that creative logic and helping an AI system consistently produce high-performing outputs instead of average ones.
