Set things in motion.

• Design test specifications for embedded software in an automated test system
• Create test plans together with the test manager
• Develop, maintain, optimize, and execute tests
  
• Interpret test results, create reports and drive improvements
• Troubleshoot issues and analyze patterns in system behavior
• Collaborate on development of test automation framework

Use your skills.

• You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields, or relevant work experience
• You are proactive and willing to learn the business domain and its processes
  
• You have substantial experience in testing and strong related skills (exploratory testing, risk analysis, test design, troubleshooting, reporting, and communication)
• You understand programming (e.g., Python), test automation design patterns, CI/CD, git strategies, embedded software or related protocols (e.g., CANopen)
• You understand international rules and regulations for functional safety and cybersecurity and know how to apply them in the context of testing
• You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing in English (German is a plus), and you challenge the status quo with curiosity
• Professional education or certificates such as Black Box Software Testing (BBST), Rapid Software Testing (RST), ISTQB or functional safety are welcome but not a differentiator)
