Set things in motion.
- Design test specifications for embedded software in an automated test system
- Create test plans together with the test manager
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and execute tests
- Interpret test results, create reports and drive improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and analyze patterns in system behavior
- Collaborate on development of test automation framework
Use your skills.
- You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields, or relevant work experience
- You are proactive and willing to learn the business domain and its processes
- You have substantial experience in testing and strong related skills (exploratory testing, risk analysis, test design, troubleshooting, reporting, and communication)
- You understand programming (e.g., Python), test automation design patterns, CI/CD, git strategies, embedded software or related protocols (e.g., CANopen)
- You understand international rules and regulations for functional safety and cybersecurity and know how to apply them in the context of testing
- You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing in English (German is a plus), and you challenge the status quo with curiosity
- Professional education or certificates such as Black Box Software Testing (BBST), Rapid Software Testing (RST), ISTQB or functional safety are welcome but not a differentiator)
