Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Ottawa and Morris, IL. If you’re driven, energetic, and ready to make a difference, this is the role for you. As a key player in our team, you’ll be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and creating impactful sales opportunities. You'll help position our innovative solutions to prospective clients, driving business growth and success.
What You'll Do:

• 🤝 Connect & Engage: Work within a defined territory to build relationships with local businesses, understand their hiring needs, and present our solutions.
• 📈 Drive Sales: Prospect for new business and manage an existing book of clients, showcasing how our services can enhance their operations in employment, leadership, and human resources.
• 🔍 Lead Generation: Use your excellent communication and organizational skills to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• 💵 Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
• 💼 Earnings Potential: First-year earnings average $45,000 - $65,000, with potential to exceed $75,000+ in the second year.
