Senior AI Developer

We're looking for a strong Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and enjoys building AI-native products from scratch.

Background

* 10+ years of software engineering experience.
* At least 5 years in a product company of similar size/stage (preferably Seed–Series A/B).
* Experience building customer-facing products.
* Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
* Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, etc.) is a strong advantage.
* DevOps / infrastructure experience is a plus.
* BSc/MSc in Computer Science is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

* Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
* Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Prototype and iterate quickly while maintaining production-quality standards.
* Evaluate and integrate new AI models, frameworks, and tooling.
* Contribute across the stack when needed (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
* Help shape technical direction through hands-on contribution rather than people management.
