We are strengthening our Team in Tokyo and are looking for you for a duration of 3 months as an

Private Equity Intern (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis on markets, industries, and companies
• Preparation of marketing materials
• Supporting the preparation of proposals for Japanese corporates
• Attendance online and in-person meetings with Japanese corporates, advisors, and other stakeholders
• Assisting with internal reporting, documentation, and process coordination
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings with advisors, corporates, and other external stakeholders
• Providing support with logistics and other administrative tasks as required
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database

Profile:

• You are completing a technical, scientific, economical or financial degree
• Availability: 3 – 5 days per week, approximately 3 – 5 hours per day, with the option to work full-time
• Strong analytical skills
• Prior experience/internships in private equity or related fields (investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services)
• Genuine interest in the private equity industry
• Highly ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and strong teamwork ability
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English
