Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

• Namibian citizenship;
• Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points;
• Higher Certificate OR Diploma will serve as an advantage;
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in accounts administration will serve as an advantage,
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Oracle)
• Excellent numerical skills and time management skills are essential.

Job Description:

• Responsible for payment of creditor invoices and creditor reconciliations from medical and ICT service providers.
• Liaison with medical and ICT service providers regarding their accounts.
• Attending to queries.
• Responsible for creating requisitions and generating Purchase orders.
• Maintain control environment.
• Follow up on long outstanding orders and investigate Goods receipt not paid.
• Compares costs with budget.
• Handles general accounts queries.
• Responsible for transaction processing.
• Keep record of financial transactions.
• Keep supplier account details up to date.
• Processing and allocation of project costs.
