Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Compliance Analyst who uses SQL to test, monitor, and strengthen our compliance program across lending, servicing, collections, and marketing. In this role, you’ll turn regulatory requirements into measurable tests, catch issues before they reach customers, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build compliance into how Kiwi grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake) to run compliance tests and monitor portfolio data.

  • Execute the compliance testing schedule; document findings, root causes, and recommendations.

  • Validate loan calculations (APR, amortization, interest accrual, payoff) against disclosures and Reg Z.

  • Build dashboards and recurring reports for compliance monitoring.

  • Review marketing materials, collections communications, and ACH processes for regulatory alignment.

  • Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and responses to CFPB and state regulator inquiries.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define compliance requirements for new features.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in compliance, audit, or data analysis within lending, fintech, or banking.

  • Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, data reconciliation); Snowflake preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of consumer lending regulations: FCRA, TILA/Reg Z, ECOA, UDAAP, SCRA/MLA, FDCPA/Reg F, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, NACHA rules, and CFPB supervisory expectations.

  • Strong loan math, including the ability to verify APR calculations under Reg Z.

  • Audit mindset with rigorous documentation and traceability.

  • Fully bilingual English and Spanish, written and spoken.
