As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Coordinator to join our pack and collaborate closely with our Concrete Manager & Coordination Teams, along with our concrete contractors to ensure the successful completion of our projects.
A day in the life of a Concrete Coordinator:
- Work days are Monday-Friday, and weekends (available on call as needed)
- Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time, OT as needed based on workload)
- Oversee all aspects of site and concrete projects
- Understand process flows around steel buildings, concrete foundations, plumbing, etc.
- Work with a team of coordinators and contractors and collaborate to work together to deliver foundation results from start to finish
- Assist in upholding standards of quality, productivity, and execution that surrounds all site and concrete projects
- Tackle challenges head-on, implementing solutions that are both innovative and practical
- Guide project teams to reassure that we are here for all parties involved, communication is key
- Ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising on quality
- Ability to expand on construction knowledge on your own and from working with our Site and Building teams
- Share your expertise with a developing team
- Empower your teams to keep them growing and developing (if they scale, you scale)
- Exposure to great connections (engineers, manufacturers, contractors, etc.)
- Exposure to your in-house motivational team
- Have a mentality of a successor

- Understanding of engineer plans (architectural, foundation, and building)
- Strong leadership skills

Salary:
$70k-$100k+ USD (negotiable based on experience)
Plus overtime
