Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer – React / .NET MAUI / AWS

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across React, .NET/C#, and .NET MAUI to join a small, high-output engineering team.
This is a cross-functional role, not a mobile-only position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across web, mobile, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure, and should be able to take ownership of features from development through deployment.
You will work closely with the client’s team and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend technical solutions, develop and test features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern frontend development practices.
  
  
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.
  
  
• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
  
  
• Work with AWS cloud services, including application deployment and supporting infrastructure.
  
  
• Work with AWS Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify for application hosting, storage, deployment, and related cloud workflows.
  
  
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including queries, stored procedures, database integration, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Build clean, maintainable, testable, and scalable code across web, mobile, and backend applications.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving.
  
  
• Follow Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
  
  
• Deploy and support applications across Android and iOS platforms.
  
  
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
  
• Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them from development through testing and deployment.
  
  
• Communicate progress, technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
  
  
• Contribute to architecture discussions and improvements to development processes and practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven ownership of production applications or major features across web, mobile, backend, and cloud environments.
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience with React, including production web applications, REST API integration, and modern frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, including MVVM, dependency injection, cross-platform development, local storage, APIs, third-party integrations, debugging, and deployment to Android and iOS. Xamarin experience, particularly migration to .NET MAUI, is a plus.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using modern .NET/ASP.NET Core. Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or OIDC is a plus.
  
  
• Proven production experience with AWS, particularly Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify, including application deployment, configuration, cloud architecture, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including SQL queries, stored procedures, views, database integration, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and application release processes.
  
  
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean and maintainable code, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, debugging, API integration, application architecture, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a small, fast-moving team.
  
  
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams and collaborating directly with US-based clients, founders, product owners, or other non-technical stakeholders is preferred.
  
  
• Experience with additional Microsoft or cloud technologies is a plus.
