Junior Finance Associate (AR)

Job Description

Fugro Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Junior Finance Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team in our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Timely process trade invoice billing/non-trade invoice billing, Interco billing and credit notes
• Maintain account receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied.
• To follow up on the overdue invoices
• Assists with month-end close duties and other tasks when necessary. 
   

 Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1-2 yrs of relevant working experience, fresh grads are encouraged to apply. 
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese will be added as advantage.
• Decisive and willing to take responsibility.
