Job Summary:


The Associate Director of Strategic  Growth will support the planning, direction, and coordination of our and oversee our Corporate Growth  activities for the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. 



Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Supports/Leads the establishment, implementation, and communications efforts that drive the strategic direction of the organization's Growth division.
  • Meets and/or exceeds growth targets as assigned
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on growth related projects and systems.
  • Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organizations growth goals and objectives.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance strategic growth efforts
  • Proposal and Grants Management
  • Pipeline Development and Management 


Required Skills/Abilities: 


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of  and experience with Business Development and Proposal Management  principles, procedures, and best practices 
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing all aspects of a Growth Strategic Plan
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


 


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration,  Engineering, or other industry-related field required; Masters preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.


Physical Requirements: 


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
