Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business goals and employee well-being.
  • Streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction using tools like LinkedIn, JobDB, and BambooHR.
  • Optimize HR operations through tools such as Humansoft, Lark, Asana, and Happily.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning (e.g., leadership development, technical upskilling) and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Lead quarterly performance reviews to drive team performance and individual development.
  • Collaborate with management and team leads to effectively manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering leadership and growth.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., TGIF events, retreats).
  • Enhance internal communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and transparency.


Requirement:

  • Proven experience in HR, organizational development, data-driven HR strategies and metrics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of HR tools (e.g., Humansoft, Lark, Asana).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Team player and individual contributor committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or performance-driven organizations is a plus.
